

Field Trip Information
CAPACITY:
Fun Zone Depot can accommodate a field trip for up to 100 total guests per visit.
COST:
Students
Under 50 = $5 per person
Over 50 = $4 per person

Teachers/Guardians/Parents = FREE

TEACHERS AND CHAPERONES/PARENTS:
One adult (teacher/chaperone/parent) is required for every eight (8) students for groups bringing grades K-7, and a 12:1 ratio is required for groups bringing grades 8-12. Please do not bring siblings or other additional young children.
BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT:
Teachers and chaperones/parents are expected to provide supervision for the students at all times, as well as assisting them with appropriate behavior and educational interactions with games/attractions. Students are expected to adhere to their school’s or organization’s code of conduct while visiting the Fun Zone Depot.

ARRIVAL:
Upon arrival to the Fun Zone Depot, please pull into the drop-off area in front of the building (Locust Street, west side).
Tip: For ease of check-in, have an updated headcount (students, chaperones, and teachers) prepared for our staff and waivers submitted in advance either online or print.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you must cancel or reschedule your field trip, please call 620-719-8390 or email fundepotsek@gmail.com at least one week in advance. We will work with you to find a new date that accommodates your group. If you will be late, or have a same-day emergency cancellation, please call 620-719-8390 as soon as possible. Depending on the scenario, we might need to reschedule.
